well all you need to do then is slip the right needle behind the stitch then take it onto the right needle, untwisting it. You then put it back on the left needle and knit normally.

i think you put the knit stitch on the needle the wrong side from the crochet hook…you put the back loop on the front. that stitch is going to be twisted now.

omg i allways drop stitches and never knew how to pick them up so thank you soo much!!
