Wicked!! I am so happy you made this! I keep learning more and more as I knit! I’ll be using this method to cast on with Pompon Wool! Ooooooh man! hahaha!
OMG, you made that look and work so easily! THANK YOU! off to subscribe!
thanks, very instructive!
Loved the video. So well explained and demonstrated.
I tried to follow written instructions but I couldn’t figure it out, but I was able to understand your video perfectly!
great video! i tried to do this using written instructions and couldn’t figure it out. this was perfect!
I was working on a project that required the cable cast on for a special part. I had no idea what that was, but your video showed it so well that I was able to finish my project! Thanks.
Thanks a lot. I couldn’t understand this type of cast on until I saw it. :3
You’re very welcome.
Awesome!
Nice helpful video, thanks!
Thanks for posting this! I was surprised at how easy this cast-on actually is–knitting along with you was a big help
@tpcrb Thank you.
@candycornandmints You have to twist the stitch just a bit to put it on the needle.
Very helpful video! I noticed that you “twist” your kntted stitch as you put it on the hook. In other cable cast-on videos, it appears like they don’t do this tiwst. Does it make a difference whether or not one twists the yarn?
thankyou so much!
Excellent video! Very helpful. Now I can start my hat pattern, which requires a cable cast-on. Thanks!

thanks so much. I am getting ready to knit a shawl and when it said to knit a cable cast on I was confused so this was really helpful and VERY easy. Thanks for taking the time to post these for all of us.
