call the local seniors residence as a lot of folks like to knit but can’t get to the stores.
Check out some of the weaver’s guilds. I love hand spun for my weaving. Do you sell by the oz, or pound. How are skeins gathered?

Also join Ravelry.com as you can sell to knitters and crocheters there. Go through the groups (there are lots) and see ones that are in your area or state. You can upload photos of your yarn and maybe also see what others are selling their yarn for.
