The only straight-from-the-mill pure wool outlet I know is Smith & Jamieson in Lerwick, Shetlands (there is a website and very good mail order business – send for their colour chart, it’s gorgeous)
You can try Knitpicks.com. Their “Bare” has some of the lanolin still in it, but I’m not sure exactly how much you want. http://www.yarn.com also has some yarns on the cone that still have oils in them.
Alternatively, you can buy undyed yarn from any source, go to a livestock supply shop, buy lanolin, and treat the yarn yourself.
Many of my friends who live in wetter climates treat their knitted outerwear with lanolin.
