I am a begginer who doesnt know how to follow pattern because i have never used one before. What is a good site or some thing that i could knit or crochet from a pattern?
sites and links if possible…thx
The best ever thing that happened to knitters and crocheters is http://www.ravelry.com. You can find patterns there, groups in your area, yarn stores in your area, help with anything you ever want, all the information you can want.
I’ve been there for a year now, there are about 260.000 people on there from different countries, and I absolutely love it. When I started the wait to get in was over a week, now it’s down to a day. Sign up, it’s free! The people are nice and friendly and always helpful.
And when you’re there, say “hi” to me, my name is the same in ravelry as it is here.

Here you go. Lots of great patterns and also an instruction tutorial for knitting and crocheting. Have fun.
In your search box, type in ‘beginner learn to knit’
You will get some 100,000 sites – most with helpful hints. I would suggest you start with a simple scarf and then go to more complex patterns.
Good luck.
here you go and have fun. I have found cute patterns from both sites.
My favorite place to go is Bev’s Country Cottage.
