If you are looking for just the yarns and hooks go to the craft store sites, Joann,Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, etc. Some times they have sales on the hooks and most of the time Joann (which is the one I use has yarn of some kind on sale just about all of the time. Just look at the bottom of the listings of the brands on the bottom of that portion of the left side of the page. Depending on the size of your order they will ($35.00 or above) they will ship free and I think if you buy 6 of one thing you will get a discount.
Jo Anns site is great for orders of craft supplies and so is Amazon and E-bay. As for help with what to do with those supplies, Nextstitch and Crochetville are among many great sites. Lets not forget the msn and yahoo groups that offer so many free crochet and knit patterns and even video instructions. I am the owner of one such group and you are welcome to join us anytime. We have about 72 members now and we all help each other along with our crafts.
