Provo Crafts have books on the looms. I think i got mine at Wal-Mart
Not sure exactly what you’re talking about (and thought it might be loop weaving, or loom knitting or weaving), but if not check out the links in this search… one of them should be what you’re looking for:

Do you mean circular needles or circular knitting looms? You could try http://www.loomroom.com/knitting-looms.html for instructions or for circular knitting needles http://www.knittinghelp.com/videos/advanced-techniques. I haven’t used a loom but circular knitting needles are quite easy to use once you understand the basic principles of them and they are nothing to be scared of.
