@emelydr There are some similarities.
This is sort of similar to star stich, isn’t it? I want to try it. I think it will look cute for a girl’s scarf. Thanks Teresa.
Not really.
is this stitch a yarn pig?
This is exactly what I needed! The book I’m using just didn’t make sense. I don’t know how people taught themselves how to crochet before YouTube really made them feel like they actually were teaching themselves!
thanks so much really helpful
You are welcome.
You are a legend Teresa, thanks so much!
Sarah
Thank You for getting back to me so fast, you are a wonderful teacher and person thanks for being there for all our questions I thought this pattern might make a good patch work afghan with different size squares put together for a xmas present next year.thank you,
Yes, you can make this in to a 6 inch square or any size square.
Will this make a 6 inch sqaure? Iwanted to try and make an afghan with differant colors and join them together, this looks like a good solid square thank you ,
You can use it anywhere. An afghan, hat, sweater, scarf
i was just wondering what this stitch would really look best on….would it look good on an afghan? thanks for making it so easy to learn!
I love to crochet because there are some really creative things you can do with it, but I tend to pull it too tight, and I have to start over.
I appreciate the comment, Thank you.
You are really good thank you for learning me how to crochet
Thank you, I appreciate the comment.
Happy crocheting.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful and easy stitch! Thanks also for doing this work, it must take lots of time to make this videos.
Many Greetings from Italy
You are welcome.
Thank you for this video, now that I’ve seen Trinity being done I can do it myself now, thanks again.
You are welcome. I have a great time taking the mystery out of some of these crochet techniques. I appreciate the comment.
I have always thought that too. That was part of the reason that I did not like holding my finger out. I experimented with both ways.
Teresa… this is a lovely stitch that I don’t remember ever seeing in the last 30+ years… thanks again for sharing you talents… B
It was only in the last month that I actually heard of another way of crochet… I crochet as you do – I was told it was the pencil hold & that there is a knife hold or pistol hold… interesting. I agree so long as the end product comes out the same what does it matter how you do it. My Aunt taught me to crochet – she had fingers missing & one straight middle finger on her left hand just what she needed for holding the yarn she used to tell me… so you do what you are capable of… thanks… B
I hold my thread the same way. I think you can crochet a lot faster this way.
