@PinkWitch91 You will work another increase round with increase stitches. Maybe two more increase rounds. That is where you are putting 2 single crochet in one stitch to add more stitches. There may be some trial and error involved but not to much. I would think that two rounds of increase stitches work evenly in each round should work out good.
So I only have a size H/8 hook, and was wondering how I could adapt this pattern to fit my head using a smaller hook. Thanks!

Teresa you have lots of great videos. The only little thing I might nit-pick about is in the beginning you were showing us how to do the Magic Loop. The only thing is that it didn’t show all of how to do it. Is there another video of yours that shows how to do the loop? otherwise this is a great tutorial. ^_^

@vreed27 I have a couple showing how I hold the yarn. I am crocheting. I recommend that you hold it the way you find most comfortable.

@kristinbirnie1985 I do have a hat like that. It is one video with 4 different sizes noted in the video. You can make the tail as long as you want in the beginning. I will send you the video.
Hi Teresa I was wondering if you could do a video on how to make an Elf hat for a newborn, the ones that have a lon tail and a pom pom on the end I have lookd every where for a video on how to do it. Reading patterns I find is dificult. A video tutorial would help tons. Thanks

Thank you so much! I just made me a lime green and purple one! I just started the other day with crochet. The very first thing I made was the cupcake hat! I’ve made two of those and my lime green/purple hat and i’m now finishing up a blue/purple hat! So just out of curiosity…how much would you sell these for? Cuz i could make at least 5 a day and only spend about $5 on materials for this.

Very nice! i can seem to do this though i still need more practice. my mom she’s really goo she does beautiful tablecloths with the really thin yarn/string. i have tried but i just cant get it. im also practicing knitting with 2 needles. but im jst doing a scaf for now.
Couldn’t understand the beginning bit mainly because the thread kept disappearing behind your fingers/hand, but the two colours of yarn thing was handy and I learnt something new there:)
