@IrisHanniwu It was done during the day. We do have tiny little frogs that make a huge croaking noise during the day. That may have been what you heard.
Yea. I saw it like a few minutes after I watched this video. Thanks!!! Tapestry needle, got it. Okay, so one more question. How do you “join” the stitches?? Thanks!!
The hook contraption I use for the bullion stitch is something I made up. I do have a hook conversion chart on my crochet blog for the difference between the letters and metric.
Yes we do! The fattest being 4 1/2 mm, nxt 3 1/4 mm, nxt 1.75 mm, then the thinner hooks>…Also for the bullion st the hook u use is not available here. PLS suggest something for me. U are a blessing for those who want to crochet. May god keep u in the best of health always!!!
Yes Teresa we go by mm. The fattest hook being 4 1/2 mm and the thinner hook is 0.9 mm which I hv. There are much thinner hooks available. The 4 1/2 mm hook is way too thick, the nxt is 3 1/4 mm. No more choices out here. specially for the bullion st. the hook u use is not available!! Pls suggest something!!
In India We do not get the hooks as per ur recommended ones but rather in nos, which are not as thick or fat like the ones u use, how do I substitute for that?
This is made with a size H hook and 4-ply yarn. You can use a C hook and 2 or 3 ply yarn. The only thing that will happen is that the flower will be smaller. The written instructions are posted under “More Info” to the right of the video.
great videos! I don’t even know how to crotchet, but I saved them to my favorites for the day I Learn. I am basically a quilter. What do you do with the flowers as in form of projects? Purses? Vest? Hat accessories?

You would get a tapestry needle, a strand of yarn and start sewing it. I do have a video on adding embellishments.
so if i wanted to sew it onto a hat or scarf or something, how would i do that??
