I do have several playlists posted on my main channel page if you click on tjw1963, it will take you there. I have one specifically for holiday.
I have wanted to learn this chainless crochet and finially had the time to learn today and am so happy because it is simple once you watch and do it
I think it would be awesome of you could do some tutorials for things to give for the Holidays coming.
I for one would love to be able to make one of those blankets with arms in them. All 4 of my daughters want one but I cant figure it out!
As always, THANK YOU Teresa, you really are talented crocheter and teacher.
Colleen
You are welcome. Thank you for the comment, I appreciate it. Happy crocheting.
Honestly, I know you are the ONLY reason I’ve been able to learn to crochet and have been crocheting about a year now thanks to you! I’m a lefty too and like others have commented, it’s really difficult to learn without some sort of visual. I wanted to learn to crochet for years but basically gave up until I found your videos online. Thanks so much for your generosity & for going beyond the simple stitches for lefties – we want to grow and cont. to learn too! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
You are welcome.
Finally! Instructions for a leftie that are easy to follow! I’ve tried books sooo many times and never could make sense of the diagrams. Thank you so much for posting these. I’ve always been envious of my grandmother’s and mother-in-law’s beautiful crochet. Now I’m finally learning how myself!
You are welcome. The playlist for lefty is on my main youtube channel page.
thanks for these vids, I’m just learning how to crochet and am left handed, I got a starter kit for Christmas and in the book there are not many left handed lessons, so I checked online and found these…much easier to understand
Practice always helps. You mentioned that are new to crochet. When I first started, my stitches were uneven and messy looking. What happens when you are first learning is that you have not developed a tension with your stitches. Tension is where you hold your thread in a consistent manner so all the stitches are the same or close in size. Keep practicing and you will notice a difference and your stitches will look the same.
something funny i will tell you. I am new at crochet i try crocheting and i want to make the chains the first chain perfect straight but the rest was not the rest was suppose to be straight to but it turn out to be going circle and waving so i am still trying to find out what i am doing wrong. i guess since i am new i will make mistakes. i can make something but it will come out all wavy and round funny because i am still making the same mistakes. i know that eventually i will get it.
That-s easy <)<)
