Are there any sites where I can request that someone craft crochet/amigurumi “plushies” and then pay for the finished product? I have absolutely no sewing talent, otherwise I’d make them myself.

yes there are, my friend made one for me, but she’s strictly free-lance. you need to google it online, someone who does it professionally.
The site ‘etsy.com’ has a section where people can post commissions (things they’re looking for someone to make for them) or items they’re willing to custom-make. eCrater and Craigslist also allow you to post ‘want ads’. If that doesn’t work, see if your local yarn shop will allow you to post a ‘wanted’ notice.
