Ok so I’ve knitted my piece, not done. There is some uneven stiches at the left side of the piece, I would like do a crochet edge to even it out but don’t know how. Please help.
Just do a few rows of single crochets all the way around (I’m assuming that this is an afghan?). The first row will ‘tighten’ up the unevenness. The next two or three rows will kind of even things out. After doing a few rows of singles, you can then do chain stitch ‘loops’ (chain 5-6, insert needle in every second or third stitch). You can make a couple of these rounds and give it a ‘lacy’ edging. This will distract the eye from any uneven stitching.
